For standard deliveries of items in stock at our suppliers Warehouse location, we will dispatch within two - three business days from your order date.

All of our deliveries are tracked for your peace of mind.

General Delivery Information

Delivery times usually take between 4 and 7 business days (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays) from the date delivery is booked. This is dependent on a range of factors and is not a guaranteed service. 

All items are 'made to order' especially for you.

We do not deliver to Post Offices, PO Boxes, Private Mail Bags, Parcel Lockers, Locked Bags or other non-physical street addresses.

If no-one is available to take delivery of your parcel, our carrier will leave a card so you can pick-up your order from your designated courier’s depot.

We will use all reasonable effort to deliver your order to you within our nominated timeframe; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this timeframe. We are unable to edit delivery addresses once your order has been received. If a parcel is returned to us, a further freight fee will be charged to reship.

When you shop with BabyCakes Clothing Ltd, you enjoy the confidence of knowing that if your product is damaged or faulty then you can simply return it to us within 28 days and we will provide you with an exchange or refund.

This policy applies to all purchases made from BabyCakes Clothing Ltd.

Proof of Purchase

Please note that all returns, refunds and exchanges requests must be accompanied by any of the following Proof of Purchase documents:

• Original Receipt / Email Receipt
• Proof of Purchase
• Original return/exchange receipt
• Photo of the damaged/faulty item

Returning Damaged/Faulty Purchases

The quickest and easiest way to return a product is to contact contact@babycakesclothing.co.uk.

Please ensure your full name, reason for return and product description is on the email. Please contact contact@babycakesclothing.co.uk if you have any further questions about returns. Once your parcel arrives in saleable condition, a refund will be processed. BabyCakes Clothing Ltd will not reimburse postage costs for returned items unless the item is faulty.

Incorrect Sizing

We do not offer returns for incorrect sizing selection. 

• Please check the sizing table that it shown in all product descriptions before making a purchase. 
• Be sure to use the guide to select the right size for you. 

All of our items are made to order, we will only refund or exchange if the item is damaged or faulty.

If you are unable to provide satisfactory Proof of Purchase, BabyCakes Clothing Ltd may, in its absolute discretion, provide you with an exchange to the current value of the item, provided that:

• The item is in a saleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and as sold); and
• We can verify that the item was originally purchased from BabyCakes Clothing Ltd; 

In circumstances where you are unable to exchange an item, BabyCakes Clothing Ltd may in its absolute discretion provide you with store credit to the current value of the item.

Consumer Guarantees

As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from BabyCakes Clothing Ltd. In accordance with UK Consumer Law, if the item has a major failure, you may reject the item and seek a refund or exchange, or you may keep the item and seek compensation for any drop in the value of the product.

We print on demand. Each product you see in our catalog is made on-demand—once you place an order, we produce it specifically for you.

This allows us to avoid overproduction and textile waste, and we pride ourselves on being part of the sustainable fashion movement.

Your items are being processed (printed) in almost real time therefore we cannot cancel anymore since they are already being made.

Please DO not place an order if you do NOT want the item/s you have ordered.

As per our policy, once you place an order there is no cancelation or a refund for accidental or test orders.

If you have any questions ask our friendly customer service, BEFORE you place an order.

As long as your item is not shipped yet, we can still change this in our back end system. Please email us the correct address and your order number to contact@babycakesclothing.co.uk and we will take care of it. 

Once the order is shipped out (you will receive tracking info when shipped), it is out of our hands. If that is the case you would need to contact the carrier who is delivering your items.

We ship to United Kingdom and most European countries.

All of our products are made and shipped from Europe. The closest production site will be selected based on your country.

There are few possible cases why you have not received an order confirmation email:1. Your order may have not gone through for some reason.2. You may have entered a wrong email or mistyped the email address.3.
